PlantHQ is made by Masterline Trades Software. This page explains what PlantHQ keeps and why.

What we keep

• Your account: name, email address and the plants you belong to.
• Your plant's records: sites, equipment, work orders, maintenance plans, checks, readings and the photos you add.
• Readings sent by devices your plant connects to PlantHQ.
• A notification token for each phone you sign in on, so we can send you alerts.

How we use it

Only to run PlantHQ for you and your plant: to show your records to your team, send notifications, and connect to the service companies you choose to link. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

AI features

When you use Ask a Tech, nameplate reading or plan suggestions, the question or photo is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer. It is not used to advertise to you.

Who can see it

People in your plant see your plant's records according to their role. A service company you link sees only the requests and equipment you send them.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app under More, then Account. An admin can remove people and devices from the plant at any time.
